I am a certified ADHD and Executive Function Coach, specializing in working with adults, young adults and parents. I received my training, including advanced certification from the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), the global leader and pioneer in ADHD coach training. ADDCA is the only comprehensive ADHD coach training program fully accredited by ICF and PAAC. Additionally, I earned my Master’s degree in Education from New York University. In my practice, I educate clients about their specific ADHD challenges. I collaborate closely with clients to creates personalized strategies that help manage ADHD symptoms and overcome related challenges. Compassion is central to my approach; approaching ADHD with understanding helps alleviate the associated intensity and difficulties. While ADHD presents significant challenges, I wholeheartedly believe it also comes with significant strengths. I assist clients in identifying and leveraging their unique strengths to achieve their goals.
My journey into ADHD coaching began when my youngest son was diagnosed with ADHD. I struggled to find relevant resources to support him both at home and in school. Despite the importance of skilled therapists, teachers, school psychologists, and friends to help, I found a lack of effective tools tailored to ADHD. Recognizing the community's need for specialized support, I decided to fill this gap. Through my training, I realized I was personally impacted by ADHD more than I had realized. I not only had to learn to parent my ADHD child but also to navigate parenthood with ADHD, which has its own set of challenges. Drawing from my personal experiences, I bring a deeper empathy to my coaching practice, sharing the knowledge I've gained with other ADHD families daily. I cherish my diverse, energetic, and creative clients and strive to ensure each one understands their unique qualities. Having often felt different myself, I now embrace being part of a special community and endeavor to create a safe, non-judgmental space where all clients feel accepted and empowered to grow.
